Paisley Has A Prezzie

Hi everyone, I'm here today with my card for Live and Love Crafts  where this week Sandy has set us the theme of using movie titles. I have had this cutie stamped for a while, and wanted to use her, so I decided to go with the film Vanilla Sky and colour the background in cream, rather abstract I know, but there's more than one way to interpret themes ;)

The papers are from the 6x6 paper pad from Maja Designs Coffee In The Arbour, the edges have been distressed with a Tim Holtz tool. I have used some of the swirls from the Grunge Hearts stamps from Stempelglede to stamp around the image.

I have coloured Paisley Has A New Prezzie from Stamping Bella with Inktense pencils. There are links to everything that I have used at the end of the post.

Thanks for looking,

Hugs,

Becky xx

  7. I'm absolutely in awe of just how much stuff goes into creating this lovely project! My poor little cards are decidedly deprived...gotta work on that. In the meantime...nicely done.

  10. Thanks for the explanation, I wasn't really following, but now it makes total sense. :-) There are indeed many ways to interpret a theme...gorgeous blue shades and shabbiness and shocking legs again (yeah I had to say it!).
