Bip Bip Birthday

Morning everyone, ten years ago today I gave birth to my son, my first born and fell completely and utterly in love. This is the card that he has received of his dad and me today.

I have coloured Bip Bip Birthday with distress reinkers. The hessian strip behind the image was actually cream, I have used shabby silver frantage to make it look more like metal. I have had the cogs and bulbs for ages, and they are perfect for this card.
This image is totally different to anything I have coloured recently, and I really enjoyed colouring him in, sometimes a change is as good as a rest.
We are going to be spending the day at Alnwick Castle today, and weather permitting we are also going to pop to The Angel Of The North on our way home. I have driven past this since it was first put there (and before) and have never actually been to it.

Thanks for popping by,

Hugs,

Becky xx

Mo's Dream Team Christmas Blog Hop

Morning everyone, it's my turn on your blog hop, you should have come here from  Lou  and your next stop will be  Alice.

Just in case you get lost along the way here's this month's Blog Hop run

I have coloured Baby Angel Muriel  with distress reinkers, you can't see in the pictures, but I have used a wink glitter pen on the bauble and it adds the most subtle glitter to things.

Thanks for popping by, remember your next stop is

I Forgot with A Colouring Challenge

Hello everyone, Bella and Bronte's Clubhouse and Passionate Paper Creations over on Facebook are in cahoots this weekend, there is a colouring competition using I Forgot, which is why my elephant is brown, not hugely exciting, but it matches my papers. And Rhea at PPC has a link to enter a competition to win an image from Mo's shop, it really is worth giving both pages a look.

All of my embellies are from Live and Love Crafts, and there is currently a Bank Holiday sale on there too, all of the info is on the home page of the store.

I have used my distress reinkers to colour the image in, I'll be doing a blog post soon showing how I transport my inks, I recently took them to Greece this way. I do like my markers, but nothing comes close to my inks and being able to take them with me is amazing.

Here's a close up of the cutie.

Hugs,

Big Shoes

Good morning everyone, I am so pleased to tell you that I have been asked to join not one team, but two recently and this card is for them both. Firstly I was asked to join Mo's Dream Team, which you may have seen the blog hop last week. I have also been asked to join the team at Noor Design UK.

I have coloured Big Shoes with my distress reinkers to match the Botanical Papers from Noor! Design.

Tucked behind the image is some softboard art dots.

Isn't this image adorable, I remember dressing up in my mam's clothes when I was a little girl, and my daughter has done the same with mine.

I have distressed the Kraft Leaves with Walnut Stain ink, with some dabbings of Gesso too.

Thank you for popping by,

Hugs,

Becky xx
