Morning everyone, I'm here today with a card for two challenges, firstly at The Ribbon Girls Magnolia Only challenge our theme is 'Charming', and at Totally Tilda our theme is 'Pearls, Gems and Glitter', and we want to see all three of them.

I have coloured Tilda With Rose Basket with my Inktense Pencils. The papers are from Maja Designs Vintage Spring Basics, the edges have been distressed with a Tim Holtz tool.

From The Ribbon Girl I have used; white rose pearl organza, white teeny tiny pom pom trim, 5mm self adhesive pearls, stardust stickles, bronze colour vintage style small key, iridescent heart, rose buds semi open lilac, WOC roses and Monique lace.

Have a lovely Sunday,

Hugs,

Silent Night

Morning everyone I'm here today with my card for Live and Love Crafts using the new Pion Designs Day's Of Winter and also one of the Christmas Carols from Lili Of The Valley.

I have used papers from both the 6x6 and the 12x12 collection, the edges have been distressed with a Tim Holtz tool. I have used Silent Night from the Christmas Carols set, these can be used on a card, or to make a quick card, like I've done here.

Making  Christmas cards gives me the opportunity to get my Snow Tex out.

A Touch Of Kraft at A Creative Romance

Good morning everyone, I got back from a lovely 2 weeks away on Wednesday, and I have just read through all of the comments left while I was away, thank you all so much, I am truly touched by everyones kind words, and the time taken to visit my blog.

It's time for a new challenge over at A Creative Romance, our theme this time is A Touch Of Kraft, we want to see some Kraft on your creation.

We are sponsored this time by Sandy over at Live and Love Crafts, Sandy has changed the look of the site, it's even prettier, if it's possible, and until 31st August there is 10% off, just enter the code that's on the site at the checkout.

I took my pencils and images with me, and I got some colouring done, I did quite a few Christmas images sat under the airconditioning as it was over 30 degrees outside in the Greek sun.....

I have coloured one of the new Christmas images from Lili Of The Valley, My Snowman Friend, with Inktense pencils, and went for a sepia look, and I really, really like the effect.

The papers are from Maja Design, and I have distressed the edges with a Tim Holtz tool, and then used some snowtex, love this stuff.

Isn't this one of the cutest Snowmen images around?

I have used screw brads to fasten the snowflakes on to the card. What embellies I've used are from the Ribbon Girl, I love the faux hessian, especially for boys cards. Along the bottom I have pulled one of the threads to get it ruffled, I have fastened two jingle bells on with some natural button twine.

Thanks for looking,

Hugs,

Becky xx

The 5mm self adhesive pearls, liquid pearls, stardust stickles, rose organza and lace are all from The Ribbon Girl.

Fairy Heartfelt

Morning everyone, if all goes to plan I should have just taken off for a few weeks in the sun.

I'm here today with my inspiration post at Live and Love Crafts, this week Sandy set us the theme of Magic, I went for the obvious, a fairy, from a company I don't use anywhere near enough, Tiddly Inks.

I have coloured Fairy Heartfelt with Inktense Pencils, and used loads of glamour dust, wings have got to sparkle.

The papers are from Maja Designs limited edition collection, Sofiero, the edges have been distressed with a Tim Holtz tool.

There are links at the end of the post, click on the thumbnail to go straight to the product in the shop.

Short and sweet, I have so much to do.
