Hi everyone, next week is the two year anniversary of me blogging my first card. I had my blog for a few months before I plucked up the courage to share my cards. My first year I blogged less than a card a week, it's only been the past year that I've done it 'properly'.

I've said it before, but I am genuinely having a great time making and blogging my cards, I am part of amazing Design Teams with the loveliest and sweetest people I know, I do feel truly privileged.

In my candy there is the new Special Release Drip Drop Tilda, a BNIP QuicKutz corner die, a 6 inch (15 cm) card hanger, 5mm Ivory Self Adhesive Pearls from The Ribbon Girl and Beaded Centre Vintage Findings from Live and Love Crafts (these are currently on sale).

Hi everyone, I'm here eventually with my card for Live & Love Crafts, there is so much going on I'm sorry I'm late.

Our theme this week is girl power, now I've interpreted this as what us girls have to do. I myself have a full time job, my kids are 5 and 7, I have a house (and a husband) to look after AND I still find my me time to craft, that to me is girl power. I think this image from Saturated Canary fits this great, she's all girlie and pouty with her tutu on, her stuffed bunny and those fab boots.

To keep it girlie I had to of course get my pinks out. The papers are from Maja Designs Vintage Summer collection, and I've distressed all of the edges with Walnut Stain.

I've coloured Honey from the new release in rubber, with my distress markers, I'm loving Pumice Stone for backgrounds lately, it gives so many different shades. I've used tulle and rose organza trim across the middle.

The roses are from my stash, but the rolled rose and chrysanthemum are from Kort og Godt, see the end for links directly to the store for these.

I'm entering this into the 'Good v's Evil' challenge at Saturated Canary, with that pout she looks like butter wouldn't melt, lol.

Just Magnolia At The Inky Chicks

Hi everyone, time for another challenge at The Inky Chicks, this time we want to see your creations with Magnolia images on.

I've not long been home off a night shift and taken my photo's, I'll pop the inlinkz on when I've had my sleep. My pooch seems a little brighter, he's still hardly eaten anything, he's been a bit wobbly but that could be lack of food too, but he has barked a bit more, which is more like Milo.

I've coloured Tilda in with my distress markers, and added stickles for sparkle. The pearl string is from WOC, the lace is from the Ribbon Girl and the pearl cluster is from Live & Love Crafts.

Here's my arty shot.

Ribbon Or Trim at LHOSM

Hello everyone, sorry I'm a bit late with my DT card for Lovely Hanglar Or Sweet Magnolia, but my little doggy has not been too well, this fortnight we want to see your creations with Ribbon or Trim.

Sorry the pictures aren't up to much, I took them the quickest way I could, they're a bit washy, I will try and change that, but at the moment Milo is sat on my feet and I can't disturb him.

I'm entering this into 'Anything Goes' at Simply Magnolia, 'Punch A Bunch' (I think there's 5 different punches) at Marvelous Magnolia's and also into 'Spots and Stripes' at Totally Tilda.

Add Ribbon Or Twine With The Ribbon Girl

Hi everyone, it's time for our next card challenge at The Ribbon Girl, for this card challenge the theme is 'Add Ribbon Or Twine'.

Once again I've used purple, I can't keep away, lol.

The lovely pearl branches are from a bigger branch that I dismantled and used a few of the stems, there was loads bundled up.

I've coloured Tilda with my distress markers, adding sparkle with glamour dust and stickles.

I've had massive technology problems, I thought I was going to have to publish this with my phone, but at last I managed to get my post sorted. 

I'm entering this into 'F&F or U&E' at Tilda's Town, 'Anything Goes' at Simply Magnolia, 'Especially For You' at MDUC and 'Anything Goes' at Diva's By Design.

Easter At Live & Love Crafts

It's March already, who is pinching this year??? It's time for our new challenge at Live and Love Crafts, this month our theme is Easter.

I've coloured one of my new Tilda's in with distress markers and refills, some of the colours just don't work for me in the markers. I've added sparkle with glamour dust.

The papers are from Pion Designs Fairytale of Spring collection, the edges have been distressed with walnut stain. There's a doohickey tag behind the image with some shabby seam binding for the bow, across the middle there is cream cluny lace with ribbon threaded through and along the bottom there is cream organza roses trim.

I've used some berries pins, the roses are from WOC, the chrysanthemums and rolled roses are by Kort og Godt and the Shabby Chic Tulle Rose is by Magnolia, and added sparkle with stardust stickles.
