Anything Goes at Magnolia-Licious

Morning everyone, a new challenge has gone live today at Magnolia-licious the ever popular Anything Goes.

I've coloured Sneezing Tilda up with distress reinkers, and sprinkled shabby white frantage around Tilda.

The papers are from Maja Designs Vintage Autumn Basics, I love these papers, and the edges have been distressed with a Tim Holtz tool.

This is the first card that I have made since my hand surgery, it's very obvious to me that I still have a lot of healing to go, but then I do still have my stitches in so I shouldn't be expecting miracles.

The flowers, lace and bits are all from The Ribbon Girl, the lace across the middle is called Grace, after my little girl. Thank you Mary and Andrea for this Grace is over the moon with her Grace Lace.

I have coloured Rocking Horse in with distress markers.

The papers are from Maja Design and the edges have been distressed with Walnut Stain ink, the card shape has been cut with a Tim Holtz on the edge bracket die.

Regular readers of my blog will know I had a little op on Monday, well, so far so good. It does hurt a bit, but already my thumb seems to be moving easier, and I hadn't even noticed a problem. 6 weeks on Monday until I get my right hand done, and then I'll be carpal tunnel syndrome free :)

Over The Garden Fence at Totally Tilda

Morning everyone, a new challenge went live yesterday at Totally Tilda, we want to see your cards with Tilda and a fence, the fence can be a stamp or a die.

My stamp club kit came the other day, and I couldn't wait to colour up these cuties, I can't wait to get my mits on the rest of the collection, so many cute images. This one is Tilda With Lace Pants, and has been coloured with distress reinkers.

The papers are from Maja Designs Vintage Summer basics 12x12 papers, the edges have been distressed with a Tim Holtz tool. The scrumptious lace is of a lovely, and generous, crafty friend, thank you so much sweetie.

The fence is a doohickey die.

I've scheduled this post, I'll be getting my op today, and I know I'll be a tad nervous, wish me luck...

Anything Goes At The Ribbon Girls Lovely Lili Challenge

Morning everyone, today is my dad's third birthday away from us, and I'm missing him more and more every day. And, tomorrow I am having my first carpal tunnel release op, and I should have been to Ally Pally yesterday, but forces out of my control changed that, so all in all I'm not that happy a bunny :(

Well, less about me, and here's on to today's card, it's a new challenge at The Ribbon Girls Lovely Lili challenge, and the theme is 'Anything Goes'. The prizes are £10 to spend at The Ribbon Girl and a stamp of your choice from Lili Of The Valley.

I have coloured Annabel Texting with distress markers, the papers are from Maja Designs Vintage Spring Basics 6x6 paper pad, and I have distressed the edges with Walnut Stain ink.

From The Ribbon Girl I have used Emily lace, ivory rose organza, 6mm pearl string, 5mm self adhesive pearls, 3mm self adhesive pearls, cream hip rose buds, coffee rolled roses, cream chrysanth, garnish applique corner, white sweetheart blossoms and stardust stickles.

Isn't she so cute?

Emma and Yuki Frames

Hi, I'm here today with some frames that I have made to go on Grace's bedroom wall.

I bought the frames from Amazon, and I have to get more of these. You may have noticed that I love purple, and Grace say's she likes it, so she never got a choice for the colour.
