Tilda Catching Stars

Hi everyone,

Hope everyone is having as lovely weather as we are, I've actually been out today without my cardie on, lol.

I've not been around blogland much this past week, for some reason it's not been a good week for me.

Here's my card,

I'm entering this card into MDUC where the challenge this week is 'Bingo', I've chosen the top line, Lace-two types, Die Cut &/or punch-Nesties, border die and punched Martha Stewart leaves and Ribbon-seam binding, twice. I've also sneaked a few flowers on, but not many by my standards, lol.

The paper is from Pion, and I've distressed all of the edges with Walnut Stain, and touched places with gold pen. The flowers, ribbon and lace are all from Wild Orchid Crafts. The mini pearls were sat on my desk and this card just asked for them. I'm also entering this card into Papertake Weekly Challenge where there is a fab sketch to follow.

Tilda catching stars has been coloured with Distress Inks. I'm hoping I can get myself out of this mood soon, I'm even annoying myself, lol.

  1. This is so pretty, I love the neutral colours and the Tilda image is absolutely adorable

  2. Hi Becky
very pretty card, love those tall flowers that you have used, also love those gorgeous pion D.P. I'm hoping someone at the Ally Pally show will be selling the pion D.P., as none of my local craft shops (and I live near 3) sell it.
Hope your week gets better for you.

  3. This is a really pretty card. I love all the soft colours and the beautiful colouring of Tilda just lets this card shine.
Thanks for joining and sharing with us at MDUC this week hugs from Bron xo

  4. A beautiful card Becky, your colouring is gorgeous and I love the touch of glitz on the wand.

Thanks for joining us at Magnolia Down Under for the Bingo Challenge.
