Hi my lovelies, it's Team A's turn this week at Midweek Magnolias, and this week we want to see your masking creations. I've got a tutorial here on how to do this.
I've masked Tilda With Christmas Hearts onto a bench, but I'm not sure which collection it's from. I've coloured the image with my distress markers, and covered the hearts with Crystal Glamour Dust,
The edges have all been distressed with Walnut Stain. For the flowers I've cut a Prima Autumn Leaf in two, and then added two Berries Pins, Kort og Godt Berries, a Prima Fabric Flower and a Kort og Godt Rolled Rose. I've added a Tea Party Doily behind the image too.
I've used some Shabby Seam Binding, which will be coming back into stock soon and added a charm from my stash. Along the top I have stuck some Brown Organza Roses Trim.
I still need your help over at Fashionista Challenges, I've been picked in the top 5 by the DT, but I need your vote to be peoples choice winner, that is if you like my card. They also have a commentors candy over there too.
I'm entering this into the 'Doily Charm' challenge at Simply Magnolia, and also into the 'Anything goes with fabric' at Just Magnolia.
Hugs,
Becky x

ReplyDeleteLove the Autumn feeling of this card as much as I loooooove cloudberries. When we got married in Germany, my parents brought litres of them from North Sweden and the restaurant made a parfait of them. My recipe; I was soooo proud and it was so yummy!!! Awesome colouring and masking, Becky.
